Hancock Park District offers a number of facilities that are available for rent for special events.

Security deposits are required for the Activity Barn and Brugeman Lodge and are payable when the renter picks up the key at the HPD office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM). We cannot accept a credit card for the key deposit.  It must be cash or check. At the time keys are secured, a detailed cleaning checklist will be provided to ensure proper clean-up. Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter. The security deposit will be returned to the renter when keys are returned to the HPD office within one week of the reservation and if the facility was cleaned with no reports of damages or violations. If a forfeiture of the security deposit is warranted, the renter will be contacted as soon as possible.

Reservations are good only for the date indicated on the Reservation Form for all facilities. However, early entry can be done the Monday prior to reservation date if facility has not been rented.

Contact the park office for details and reservations.
