With spring migration underway, parks will be filled with the sound of colorful birds. On this hike, we will search for migratory birds, such as Indigo Bunting, Baltimore Oriole, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and a variety of warblers, vireos, and thrushes. As we search for these birds, we will discuss bird migration and work on bird identification skills. Binoculars will be provided or bring your own.
