Mycorrhizal Mushrooms

June 23 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Most fungi are decomposers, but there are a group of mushrooms that feed in a unique way. Mycorrhizal mushrooms gather nutrients by having a mutual relationship with plants. Learn how these fungi interact with plants and what types of mycorrhizal mushrooms are found in Hancock County.
