Winter Astronomy
January 27, 2024 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
FreeEnjoy the night sky of winter through the eye piece of a telescope. We will view the moon, Jupiter, stars in the constellations Orion and the Big Dipper, which is a part of Ursa Major, and other winter objects. Using a laser pointer, we will point out the major winter constellations. If conditions are too cloudy for viewing, a night hike will be taken instead.
