Since fall is just around the corner, it is time to preserve some of the bounty that the garden has provided the McKinnis family. Demonstrations will show how food was stored and how canning and pickling were done. Pickling will include watermelon, beets, eggs, and more. You are welcome to stop by and lend a hand or just enjoy something fresh from the garden.
