We will catch the sun rising through the trees and over the Blanchard River as we hike the trail on this fall morning. Songbirds, such as Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Blue Jays and White-breasted Nuthatch should be busy gathering food for the approaching winter weather as well as fox squirrels and eastern chipmunks.
