Try your hand at the art of spool knitting. Like knitting or crocheting, it is a historical and fun craft that involves stitching yarn together to create a fabric that can be used to create rugs, socks, and gloves. We will first create our own spool knitters by hammering nails into a wooden thread spool. Then we will take yarn and practice the basics of spool knitting like casting on, stitching, and casting off.
