Painting with Nature Paint Brushes
August 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
FreeCome out and do some painting in the park. Instead of your typical paint brushes, children will paint using brushes with bristles made of pine needles, flowers, and leaves. Create your own painting of an animal, yourself, a nature scene, or of the McKinnis House and barn. While the paintings dry, take a walk in the park or have a picnic as a family on the lawn. We’ll be using tempera paint and recommend that participants wear clothes they can get paint on.
