Nature’s Janitors

October 2 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

A janitor is essentially a caretaker of a building. It is an important job. Duties include making minor repairs, cleaning, and removing garbage. Nature also employs janitors in the form of scavengers and decomposers, such as turkey vultures, opossums, and fungi. Join us as we explore nature’s janitors. We will talk about the important tasks of removing dead organisms or breaking down dead organisms in an ecosystem.
