Discovery Stories: Tardigrades and Friends
January 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Learn about the hidden world of micro animals, which are animals that are so small that they need to be viewed through a microscope to be seen. We will learn about the tardigrade, also known as a water bear, and his friends, like mites, daphnia, rotifers, and plankton that live in these microscopic kingdoms. We will read a fun story about a tardigrade, view some micro animals under the microscope, and make a tardigrade ornament.
