Birding the Wetlands
September 25 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 amFree
September is a great time to look for shorebirds, since they are in the peak of their fall migration. We will visit the new Wetland Restoration Area in search of Yellowlegs, Wilson’s Snipes, Marsh Wrens, and other birds that either call the wetlands home or are just stopping by as they migrate south. Birders of all experience levels are welcome to attend. Binoculars will be provided or you can bring your own.
