Information will be given about bluebird boxes, including plans for building them, setting them up properly, and maintaining and monitoring the boxes. Information will be provided about the natural history of Eastern Bluebirds, Tree Swallows and other cavity-nesting songbirds that might inhabit your boxes. Criteria for properties are those with large open spaces, at least 25 yards away from the nearest tree line or shrubby area. Areas should not be subject to heavy pesticide use.
