The permanent, part-time Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing customer service, administrative and general office support, and front office management. It also serves as a back-up to the business manager, which requires knowledge of and experience with a variety of accounting functions, such as pay-ins, purchase orders, payroll, and Munis & Quickbooks software is a plus. The position is year-round, requires 20-22 ½ hours a week, and pays $15.45 per hour.
