Facility Reservations
 Reservations are taken at HPD Headquarters after payment has been recieved, either in person or through the mail. HPD accepts checks and money orders, made payable to Hancock Park District or cash in the exact amount, no change is provided. Checks are preferred. Facility availability information can be obtained over the phone, no reservations can be made and confirmed. Park facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance on a first come, first served basis; however HPD events do take precedence. Reservations are ONLY good for the date in which the renter has reserved. A complete Facilities Schedule is located at the top of this page and can be downloaded along with the HPD Facilities Information Rate Card located at the bottom of the page. Reservations can be made in person at the HPD office or mailed in; after checking availability through the office. If mailing, download the Activity Reservation Form below, fill in and send in along with your fee made payable to HPD. After receiving your request,, a confirmation wil be sent back to you.

Fees: Facility reservations are not taken and confirmed/secured until fees have been received. If you are reserving The Lodge at Riverbend a signed contract agreement is also required at the same time the fee is paid.
Security Deposits: Required for facilities where keys are necessary. Security deposits are paid when the renter picks up the key at the HPD office before the date of the reservation. Security deposits are returned to the renter when keys are returned to the office, facility is left clean and all rules and regulations have been complied with.

Litzenberg Activity Barn: Located at Litzenberg Memorial Woods at 6100 US 224, Findlay, OH 45840. The activity barn is a re-built barn with a seating capacity of up to 99, with an attached kitchen (microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sinks) and restrooms. (Rental Fee $125.00 - Security Deposit $50)

- Discovery Center: Located in Oakwoods Nature Preserve at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, Findlay, OH 45840. The facility is a meeting room space for educational and training purposes only. Reservations taken at the discretion of the HPD staff. (Reservation Fee $50.00 - Security Deposit $20)
- Outdoor Shelters: A total of ten outdoor shelters are available at Riverbend, Riverside, and Litzenberg. All shelters have electrical outlets, picnic tables and trash containers. Many shelters have partial enclosure walls to help with inclement weather conditions and shelter #3 at Riverbend is completely enclosed with a fireplace. Each outdoor shelter has its own unique location with nearby amenities. Reservation fees for all outdoor shelters at Litzenberg and Riverbend is $35.00. The Waterfalls Pavilion at Riverside Park rents for $50.00. (Other shelter reservations at Riverside Park are taken through the City of Findlay Recreation Department, located at The Cube - 419-424-7176.)
- The Lodge at Riverbend: Located at Riverbend Recreation Area at 9250 Township Road 208, Findlay, OH 45840. The Lodge is a multi-purpose, year round building with seating capacity for up to 240 with large assembly room and catering kitchen (microwaves, freezer, refrigerator, sinks). Keys are required and must be picked up at the HPD office during open hours. (Reservation Fee: Fri., Sat., Sun. & holidays $450.00, Mon. - Thurs. $200.00 and non-profits Mon. - Thurs. (only) $100 - Security Deposit $200)
