
Litzenberg Memorial Woods Heritage Trail Center
U.S. Route 224, west of Findlay and Litzenberg Memorial Woods
This section of Litzenberg Memorial Woods is located west of the park area on the south side of U.S. Route 224.
History: This natural area is covered with woods, wetlands and conservation acreage. Wetlands and conservation areas thrive along the Blanchard River. The area serves as the west terminus for the Heritage Trail which travels approximately 20 miles to Van Horn Cemetery near Mt. Blanchard in the southern most part of Hancock County.
