Winter Blues Yoga Retreat

An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating until January 27, 2018
Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Start the New Year off right by giving yourself the gift of yoga. Katy Mercer, a certified Yoga Fit instructor from Harmony Yoga in Findlay, will lead a 4-week beginner’s yoga series. We will have
a slow progression perfect for anyone at any age. Each class will end with guided meditation and breath work, as well as a light snack.
Required to be ages 10 and up; youth must register with a participating adult. Register with $10 per person by 4:30 PM on Friday before each class.
Minimum: 4/Maximum: 20 per class
